1. OVERVIEW
AVAIA CLEANING LLC respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the AVAIA CLEANING Android application handles the information you choose to enter while exploring cleaning services, saving favourites and preparing cleaning request details. This policy describes the current offline-first version of the app, not a future connected booking service.
2. INFORMATION YOU ENTER
If you prepare a cleaning request, the app asks for the following information:
Required for completing a request:
- Full name: to identify your saved request.
- Phone number: to include contact details in your request record.
- Service address: to specify the intended service location.
- Selected cleaning service: to identify the requested cleaning category.
- Property type: to describe the space (such as house, apartment, office or other).
- Property size / room-count category: to describe the approximate size of the space.
- Preferred date and preferred time: to record your scheduling preferences.
Optional:
- Email address: to include an additional contact detail in your request record. If supplied, it is format-validated.
- Cleaning add-ons: your selections, such as inside cabinets, inside fridge and interior windows.
- Special instructions / notes: any extra details you choose to type.
You can also save favourite cleaning services, which are recorded as service identifiers. Search terms and in-progress form input are used to operate the screen and are not retained as request-history records unless you complete the corresponding request details. No personal information is required merely to browse the catalogue.
3. HOW THE APP USES INFORMATION
The app uses your selections to display and save prepared cleaning requests, show the request history and maintain your favourite services. These functions use Android application preferences on your device.
4. LOCAL STORAGE AND RETENTION
Completed request details and favourites are stored on your device using Android SharedPreferences and JSON-formatted records. They remain stored until you delete them, clear the app's data through Android settings, or uninstall the app. The application configuration disables Android Auto Backup. In-progress form entries that have not been completed are discarded when you navigate away from the form.
The company does not maintain a remote booking database for requests prepared in this app version, and does not receive those request details through the app itself.
5. DELETION AND YOUR CHOICES
You can remove an individual saved cleaning request in My Requests by selecting Delete. You can delete the app's saved requests and favourite services by opening the in-app Privacy Policy and selecting Delete all app data. You can also clear app storage using your Android device settings, or uninstall the app. You may browse services without providing request details.
6. EMAIL CONTACT
The Contact Us page shows our email address, admin@avaiacleaning.store. When you choose Open email app, Android may open a separate installed email application with the email recipient prefilled. The AVAIA CLEANING app does not automatically send an email or attach your saved cleaning requests. If you write and send an email, the information you voluntarily include is handled by your email application/provider and is received through email in the usual way. Your email provider's privacy practices apply to that communication.
7. PERMISSIONS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The current version does not request camera, microphone, device location, contacts, or media-library permissions. It does not request internet access. The app does not use Firebase, advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, authentication services, cloud databases, or a payment gateway. It does not collect GPS location; the service address is entered manually if you prepare a request.
The app includes images bundled with the installation and does not depend on loading a remote image catalogue.
8. DATA SECURITY
Information saved through the app remains in Android application storage. Device security and access controls can help protect it. No internet-based system can be guaranteed completely secure, and you should not put payment card details, passwords or other highly sensitive information into optional notes.
9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The app is intended for people arranging or exploring cleaning services, not specifically for children. We do not knowingly operate an in-app process for collecting children's personal information on a remote server in this version.
10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy if the app's functionality, storage or data-handling practices change. Updated text should be published with a revised Last Updated date when such changes occur.
